What we collect, and why.
A short notice, in plain language. This covers this website only. Client engagements are governed by their own agreements.
What we collect
When you send the contact form, we receive what you type into it:
- Your name, company and role
- Your phone or WhatsApp number
- The bottleneck you selected, and any note you added
We also collect basic, aggregate usage data about visits to this site, such as pages viewed and the type of device.
Why we collect it
To reply to you and arrange a call, and to understand which pages are useful. We do not use your details for anything else, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
Who sees it
The Foxzelo team, and the service providers that run this site for us: hosting, form handling, call booking and analytics. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in conversation with you, and delete them on request. Ask us at any time and we will tell you what we hold, correct it or remove it.
